To guide means to show someone the way. Change the Type aims to challenge young leaders to lead the way in their communities by standing up for what is right, speaking up for others and guide the future generations to come.

To Direct
To direct means to show the way. Change the Type focuses on creating a platform to direct young leaders to show how they have impacted their communities. Change the Type prides itself on sharing these stories on social media and digital platforms.

To Serve
To be a great leader, you must first learn to be great at serving. Change the Type challenges young leaders to always remember their roots and those who helped pave the way for them and pay it forward by giving back to the community that has given so much to them.
